Return & Refund Policy — AVERNOA

 

Thank you for shopping at AVERNOA.
We want you to feel confident when ordering from us. This policy explains when returns and refunds are accepted and how they are handled.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product has a manufacturing issue

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused

  • in the same condition you received it

  • in its original packaging

Returns for reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “I ordered by mistake” are not accepted due to our international shipping model.


2. Reporting an Issue

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Attach clear photos of:

    • the product

    • the issue

    • the packaging

This helps us process your request quickly.

3. Refunds

Once your case is approved, you may receive:

✔ A refund

Processed back to your original payment method.

✔ A replacement item

Sent at no additional cost to you.

✔ A partial refund

If only part of the order was affected.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.


4. Order Cancellations

Because orders are processed very quickly, cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour after purchase.
After processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.


5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  • Check with neighbors or building managers

  • Contact the local carrier

  • Then contact us

AVERNOA cannot issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
However, we will assist you in locating the package.


6. Return Shipping

In most cases, customers do not need to ship the item back due to international logistics.
If a return is required, instructions will be provided by our support team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue is our fault (damaged, defective, wrong item).


7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • personal care items (e.g., trimmers, beauty tools)

  • items used on the body

  • sale or clearance items


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer

  3. If needed, contact us for assistance

Refund processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
